Our family rented six of the apartments for a two week holiday. Donna is amazing and very accommodating. She is super helpful for when it comes to advice booking boat trips, taxi’s etc. The apartments are lovely and clean. There is a great bakery at the end of the driveway and the best beach ever just across the road.

The residence is very well maintained (Davina does a very good job). All the comforts in the studio. Moreover, Donna is very welcoming, available, professionally efficient and friendly.

Excellent accueil plein de gentillesse. Personnel et direction attentifs au bien-être. Studio très propre. Proche de la plage mais suffisamment en retrait avec un petit jardin pour bénéficier du calme. A conseiller.

Comprehensive studio apartment. All essential kitchen facilities for a kitchenette. Clean room and good effective air con.Nice private balcony- we had breakfast most mornings there. Lovely little garden area. Secure facility with gate and ground CCTV. Donna very welcoming and always helpful.

Mireille – France
Accueil chaleureux de Donna. Le studio est doté du juste équipement, la décoration est très simple, pas de superflu. Il y a la climatisation, un coffre fort, un téléviseur, un grand réfrigérateur… La petite terrasse est très pratique et le jardin est agréable. Les extérieurs et les logements sont très bien entretenus. Nous avons apprécié la wifi, la proximité de la plage et des magasins. Si nous retournons à Maurice, nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer à la Perla.

Séjour très agréable. Studio bien conçu pour un couple. Le ménage tous les trois jours avec changement des draps et serviettes est très apprécié, la literie de notre studio était impeccable. La position de ce petit immeuble – retiré de la route – sans en être éloigné – et un jardin très agréable bien vert et arboré sont un plus, et la plage à 200 m. De plus, Donna est une jeune fille charmante qui est toujours à l’écoute de ses hôtes et très serviable. Ses parents sont également charmants. A recommander.

Great value for money. Airport transfers organised and on time. Air Conditioning, Security Safe and TV all included with the price. Friendly staff and ideal location.

Très bon accueil. A l’écoute de la moindre demande des clients. Toute demande traitée le jour même. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour dans cette maison. Très propre, jardin bien tenu, ménage bien fait .
Très prêt de la plage et au calme.

Location & price-quality. The nearest beach is good for swimming esp. with kids. Beaches to the north are appropriate for snorkeling. The best beaches are 10 min by taxi. Supermarket is nearby. Donna is very attentive. Good choice for budget holiday.

Wonderful location close to Pereybere beach, a variety of good restaurants for eating out well and convenience of supermarket only a few minutes walk away. Neatly presented accommodation and garden area and a great base for exploring during our stay. Staff were very friendly and we cannot thank Donna enough for all the help provided – very much appreciated! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and will definitely consider staying again if/when we visit Mauritius again.
